Designing the OTT Experience
For the Citytv+ project, we designed a multiplatform OTT experience, encompassing the mobile app, website, and TV platform. The goal was to create a seamless and consistent user journey across all devices, ensuring an engaging and intuitive viewing experience. The project began with strategic alignment to define objectives and audience needs, followed by the development of the information architecture to structure content and navigation effectively. I then designed the UI, focusing on accessibility, clarity, and visual consistency across platforms, adapting the interface to the unique interaction patterns of each device. Throughout the process, I worked in close collaboration with the client, maintaining strong synergy with the project manager, product owner and development team, ensuring that design decisions were both user-centered and technically feasible, leading to a smooth and coherent implementation across all touchpoints.
