Visit WebsiteDesigning the Website and App
For this project, I oversaw the entire design process from initial concept to final delivery of both the website and mobile app. The project began with a validation workshop aimed at aligning goals, understanding user needs, and defining the core value proposition. From there, I developed the information architecture to establish a clear and intuitive navigation structure, followed by the creation of wireframes that mapped out the user flows and interactions. Once validated, I moved on to the UI design, crafting a cohesive visual identity that reflected the brand’s tone and ensured consistency across digital touchpoints. The process culminated in an interactive prototype of both the website and the app, which guided the subsequent development phase. Throughout the entire journey, there was close collaboration with the client, as well as a strong synergy with the project manager, product owners and developers, ensuring that design decisions were both user-centered and technically feasible.
