Enhancing ICC’s Digital Experience
For the ICC project, I led the design process aimed at enhancing the navigation experience across both web and mobile app platforms, as well as redesigning the ICC.TV page and refining the user flows leading to video playback. The goal was to create a more intuitive, engaging, and seamless experience for fans accessing cricket content worldwide. The process involved close collaboration with the client from start to finish, ensuring that every design decision aligned with their vision and user needs. Working in strong synergy with product managers and developers, I helped translate complex functional requirements into clear, user-centered solutions, resulting in an improved and cohesive digital experience across all touchpoints.
