Designing Serie A digital ecosystem
This project focused on the redesign of both the website and the mobile app, with the goal of delivering a more intuitive, engaging, and cohesive digital experience across platforms. The process started with an in-depth analysis of user needs, existing pain points, and business objectives, allowing us to redefine the experience around clarity, usability, and performance. The redesign introduced a refreshed information architecture, improved navigation patterns, and a modernized UI, ensuring consistency while adapting the experience to the specific behaviors of web and mobile users. A key part of the project was the creation of a fully custom Match Centre, built with data-driven widgets designed to surface live scores, statistics, lineups, and match insights in real time. Particular attention was given to optimizing key user flows, enhancing accessibility, and creating a scalable design that could evolve over time. The result is a streamlined, user-centered experience that strengthens the product’s identity and significantly improves fan engagement.
