SaaS Design Project
For the ShippyPro SaaS, I took part in the design process for key product experiences, including Data Analytics, Carrier Invoice Analysis, the Shipping Flow, and PUDO (Pick-Up & Drop-Off) Search. The goal was to create a seamless and efficient user experience that empowers businesses to manage their shipping operations with clarity and precision. The process began with user research conducted directly with clients, ensuring that every design decision was grounded in real needs and use cases. Together with the team, we designed intuitive interfaces that simplify complex data visualization and logistics workflows. Throughout the project, I maintained close collaboration with clients, conducting recurring usability tests, as well as with product managers and developers, fostering strong synergy that ensured feasibility, consistency, and a smooth transition from concept to implementation.
