Designing Sportsnet+ OTT
For Sportsnet+, I took part in the design process for a multiplatform OTT experience, covering the mobile app, website, and TV platforms. The goal was to create a seamless, consistent, and engaging viewing experience across all devices, ensuring that users could easily access live and on-demand sports content anytime, anywhere. The process began with strategic alignment and user research to define audience needs and business goals, followed by the development of the information architecture and the UI design, tailored to the interaction patterns of each platform. Throughout the project, I worked in close collaboration with the client, maintaining strong synergy with the project manager, product owner and developers, ensuring that design decisions were user-centered, technically feasible, and coherent across all touchpoints.
