Designing the Website and App

For this project, I managed the complete design process for both the website and mobile app, creating a unified and engaging digital experience that reflects the league’s dynamic spirit. The process began with a validation workshop aimed at defining goals, understanding user needs, and aligning the design direction with the client’s vision. I then developed the information architecture, establishing a clear and intuitive structure for content and navigation. This was followed by the creation of wireframes to define the user flows and core interactions, and later by the UI design, where the league’s strong identity and energy were translated into a modern, accessible visual language. The project culminated with interactive prototypes for both the site and the app, ensuring a seamless handoff to development. Throughout every phase, I worked in close collaboration with the client, as well as maintaining strong synergy with the PM, PO and development team, ensuring design consistency, feasibility, and a smooth implementation process.
